Crows

I love birds from the ‘Corvidae’ family. They are so full of character, clever and have the measure of us.  Crows are my favourites but ravens, rooks, jackdaws, magpies, jays and the multitude of other corvids who live around the world are fascinating. An avian species who have learned to use tools and remember people who are kind to them…and not only an individual bird, they pass this knowledge down the generations! Never mind elephants, crows never forget!
Biro, as a medium, lends itself to the sharp nature of corvids, the movement and for me especially, the humour.
